I can't access my account and Spotify not sending password reset sms

If you're unable to access your Spotify account not receiving a password reset SMS and the verification code isn’t working, I recommend using an email address instead using this reset method, additionally check that you have an active internet connection. Please note- You can’t use your phone number to log into the desktop app. Create a Spotify password to log in with an email address instead
