I can't play music Spotify

I can't play music Spotify

Hey do you how to fix this problem ? Because my account not showing my playlist and i cannot searching other songs

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to the Community. 

 

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. These steps are more thorough than the simple reinstall and can solve common issues.

If you're still having trouble, can you let me know the make and model of the device you're experiencing this on? Also, can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

1. I'm already clear cache and reinstall

2. I used 2 device galaxy s22 and galaxy tab 9

3. I'm already restart and shutdown my device 

 They can't show song from my playlist and other songs. I used play on website spotify. For the first time song from my playlist can show all music. Today i want play on website, my playlist not showing all. 

So, what should i do now ?

Thanks for the info. Can you please confirm that you’ve downloaded the app from the Google Play Store when you did the reinstall? It is important that you clear the app data, uninstall, and redownload the latest version from the Google Play Store.

 

Also, can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you search for Spotify in the Play Store? Also, a screenshot from the app showing the error messages you’re getting when you open a playlist? Once I get more information, I’ll see what to suggest. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

Heyy I'm already uninstall around 3 days and now I'm install again. I'm install Spotify apps from Google play and now i can play music normal. My device is Galaxy S22. Thanks someone for help me. I must be patient  :"D
