I can't turn off shuffle play

1. I can't seem to turn off shuffle play there no button for me to press and I have tried reinstalling it and restarting it so pls help

Keep in mind that shuffle play is the default playback mode when using a free Spotify account. 

If you switch your account to Premium you'll be able to listen to what you want, when you want. At the same time you keep the option to turn shuffle mode on and off anytime.

Thanks for getting back to us. We'll be happy to explain some more.

There are a few differences between how the app works on desktop and mobile when you use the free version.

One of them is that on mobile you're only able to play music using Shuffle and there only are a few on demand playlists that you can enjoy.
