I can't use my street address when trying to get premium

When I try to sign up for premium it says that I can't because of an in valid address

Thanks for posting in the Community.

If you're having trouble entering your address, we'd suggest trying the following:

• Use an incognito window or a different browser.
• Use a different internet connection by a different provider.
• Look up the address in Google Maps and try to copy it from there.
• Remove parts of the address (e.g the street number).
• Enter a public address close by.

Today is April 24. I have tried all of the above suggestions and cannot find a way to give you my money. Interesting business model.
