I cannot login on my android handy

I had an account on my android handy.

but I did not remember the password when I was going to change to premium account.
for better handling I did it on my computer. so I ordered a reset of password.

this is ok on the computer, but not on the handy.
I dont find a way to get in the account on my handy!
