I cant listen to my local files on my phone

My Question or Issue

I added new local files and they were gray, so i updated both apps (my phone and pc) and still in my phone the new songs are gray, but when i tried to listen to the other locals (which are in white color, like available) i can´t play them, and before I uptaded the pc app i was able to listen to my local files except the two new

i´ve tried every recomendation for local files and how to fix it and it doesnt work, the songs are in the right format, they all are .MP3

Please help

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this. 
 

It'd be a good idea to change the source location of the local files on your PC. Simply create a new folder in a different directory on the PC and move your local files to this folder. Then just delete the old folder used for the local files. Now you can try importing the files again.

I just tried moving them and I can listen to them on my pc, but i still cant listen to them on my phone, when i click on them in my cellphone it says: "This song is unavailable"
