I cant log into the app on my phone, help!

Hi Everyone,

I have logged into my spotify account online to confirm my password but the app on my android (Galaxy S6) keeps saying either my userame or password are wrong, they arent!

Things ive already tried:

Resetting the phone

Deleting and reinstalling the app

Resetting my password online and then using that password on the app.

Any help appreciated.
