I created a playlist and it doesn't work...

I created a playlist on the desktop app, and once I was done, I could see the playlist on the desktop app, but when I select it, it gives me an error message.  When I try to select it on my S7 Edge, the playlist name doesn't even show up, it shows up as "Loading..." and when I tap it, nothing happens.  I spent about an hour creating this playlist, I'd like to actually listen to it...  How do I fix it/access it?

What is the error message you get on your PC?
