Don't worry, DJ is currently still gradually rolling out to all Premium users in the US and Canada. If you're on Premium in these regions and not seeing it at the moment, rest assured it's coming your way.

I am in Canada and on an Android. My app is up-to-date and another person on an iPhone who is on my family plan has the DJ yet I do not. When is it coming out!?
