I don't understand how you can consistently make terrible updates.

Every single update in the last six months, at least, has broken the app for me.

 

I finally decided, screw this. Uninstalled spotify, downloaded an APK from a year and a half ago, and voila. It works. I can actually see the things I've downloaded, the blue tooth actually works, it doesn't lag to all hell. 

 

I've never used a program, be it on mobile, PC or else where that is as consistently awful as Spotify is. Unbelievable.

to better help, can You exactly indicate more information.

This could be due to a number of different reasons. It's important to troubleshoot these issues and gather as much info as we can.

 

Hi there, welcome to the Spotify Community! Let's try to troubleshoot this issue with you. 

 

First of all, please try a clean reinstallation. This can resolve many common issues. 

 

If you're still having trouble after a reinstall, please let us know the following details:

1. Exact Device (e.g. Samsung Galaxy 4)

2. Exact operating system (e.g. 4.4.2)

3. Spotify app version installed (2.0.0)

4. What are you doing when the app slow downs? Is it when it opens? When scrolling through tracks? When searching?  When it is downloading tracks offline?

5. About how many playlists do you have?

 

If you could get back to us with those details it would be great.
