I have a premium subscription by my app doesn't show premium even though it recognises my subscripti

I've been successfully utilising my premium account via the installed app on my phone. I tried to install Spotify on my kindle and it's all gone wrong! My premium account has since gone. But in my settings in the app it shows a premium subscription but I'm only seeing the free subscription features. I've deleted the app from kindle. Deleted and reinstalled on my phone.... Still no joy. I'm lost without my music... Can anyone help?!

I have a similar problem - I deleted the Spotify app on my iPhone 5 as it was clogging up my phone. I was assured online that if I did that it would not loose my saved playlists.  It recognises me now I've reloaded it, but I have no playlists and it says I am not subscribed to Premium.  Please help as I can see on my MacBook Pro that everything is there....
