I keep recieving a download error message for maximum download limit

Can anyone help me.. this error message comes up however then it will download some songs then stop and the selected songs and albums will be in waiting to download. Is there anyway i can clear this error so i can download whatever and however many songs i want?

Thanks for reaching out for help.

It sounds like you may have reached the maximum amount of devices allowed for offline use.

The best place to check this is by heading over here. Once you've logged in, reset your devices and perform a clean reinstallation of the app.

Don't worry though you won't lose your playlists, they will be safe with us. The only thing you will have to do is re-sync your offline playlists after reinstalling the app.
