I have now purchased 4 spotify gift cards and not one will redeem to my account. It says I've got something like 174 days until it is a spotify free account, but won't let me download music, playlists, listen to them or anything! I'm getting extremely frustrated and have waisted 40$ on nothing. I don't know what to do and I'm close to just stopping using spotify. I'm Very disappointed.

Hey @shaii -- you've redeemed all three of those giftcards onto your account, but for Unlimited instead of Premium. You've also created a support ticket so our payments tickets will be able to help out with this and get that time converted into Premium for you, so you'll be able to access everything on your phone.
