I want to automatically download saved albums

My spotify app on my android used to automatically download saved albums. Now I have to go in and manually select the albums I want to save. Is there a way to have it automatically do that? It used to, but I just got a new phone and maybe the updated software doesn't do that.

As far as I know, this has never been a feature and saving and downloading have always been separate features. Unless you were part of a small-scale trial.

You have two options to achieve what you want:

1. Turn on the download switch in "Songs" view. Everything you save to your library will then be downloaded automatically.
2. Create a new playlist and turn on the download switch for it. Instead of saving albums, add them to this playlist and they will be downloaded.
