I wonna unistall my spotify but cant

i bough my sone xperia xa yersterday nad spotify was install already, so i wonna uninstall it but cant, can only disable it. i have contact sony support and they says to me 'it may was a probleme with spotify, go to spotify support'

Apps preinstalled by your mobile service provider can't be uninstalled, only disabled. This isn't a spotify or sony issue and you need to get in touch with your mobile service provider if you are unhappy.
