If music has background art, then the link to devices doesn't work properly

My Question or Issue

When the music has full screen background art, either static image or video loop, then it's almost impossible to click on the link to devices on the bottom of the play screen, instead it hides the controls and shows the artwork unobstructed, clicking again brings back the controls. 

The work around is to just mash the link 10-20 times, hoping that it will activate the device list so that I can cast music, or to find a song without full screen art because then the link works perfectly.
