Bonjour, je n'arrive pas à me connecter sur mon android, j'ai ce message "Vous êtes en mode hors connexion.vérifiez votre connexion, puis réessayez"

j'ai essayer en WIFI ainsi qu'en 4G mais c'est le même problème.

J'ai réussi à me connecter via mon PC.
Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider s'il vous plait ?
