Inaccessible Queue

Hey all! I've been unable to access my queue for the past two days; every time I go to "Now Playing" it will show the icon for the queue (bottom right corner for Android, looks like a few horizontal lines in a row) but compared to all the other icons (ex: play, skip, shuffle, etc) which are white against the black background, the queue is grey. Every time I try to click on it, nothing happens. I am still able to add songs to my queue but have no way of seeing them to rearrange them.

Does anyone have any suggestions for next steps? I've tried restarting the app and restarting my phone so those aren't the fix.
