It's been 2 years since my local files last synced with my phone.

I've tried clearing cache, reinstalling, disabling firewall, disabling avg, a different PC, different mobile, different church, PC as wifi hotspot, different WiFi. The meta data isn't the problem, all the tracks just stay greyed out on my Samsung tablet and motorola even though it says "downloaded" for the playlist. They play fine on the PC. And yes I pay for premium.
