If you still experience this after a regular reinstall it's a good idea to try a clean reinstall as well. We recommend this step for being more thorough in removing corrupted data from previous installations.
In case the issue persists after a clean reinstall, try to send us a short video recording showing what you see. You can attach the video to your next response to us by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.
