Just switched to Premium and favourite songs are missing

Hi.

Yesterday I signed up for Spotify premium. Previously I'd liked/green heart songs which added it to my Favourites. Since switching to Premium I can't find my favourites anymore. I'm gutted as I'd spent ages collating these songs.

I have found these songs in the 'Songs' section but all songs, including ones in other playlists, are there and I don't want to hear these when I play my favourites.

How can I get them back - I feel like I should just go back to the free version so I can listen to my favourite songs.

I've deleted and reinstalled app and restarted my phone. I've even tried to find favourites on the desktop app but none of this has been able to help me.

It sounds like you might have two accounts. You probably upgraded the wrong account. Try following the steps listed here to see if you can find the log in credentials for your main account.
