My Question or Issue

I transferred my data from my old s8 to a new one, it went good but the language changed.  I checked my language settings  and it was still in English.

Hm, that's odd. We noticed from the screenshot you sent us that it says "advertisement" in English at the top.

 

Just to confirm, are you seeing the entire app in a different language, or was it just that one ad that was different?

If it was just the one ad that wasn't in the right language, could you provide us with some more info about it, namely:

  • your country
  • your device + OS version
  • the exact Spotify version you're running
  • the name of the ad
  • the date the ad appeared?

Once we have that info, we'll pass it on to the right team.

You might know what country you are, and it would also be a good idea to look at your device's second language
