List recommendation not working

I spent two hours on this screen and all the artists followed didn't go into my collection. Two hours...

This only appears for new users so I'm not sure how it should work but does nothing appear when you go to your library/artists?

Yeah it wouldn't follow the artist after it. I think after you leave the
screen too many times, or you like too many artists, or if you take too
long, it doesn't work. Because I tried doing it with a different account
and I followed like 3 artists and it followed them
