Lists removed and can not download again on Android Phone

Hi, my lists on the phone removed and i can not download them again. It warns like "Get premium" but i have premium for family. When I log in on website there is nothing like get premium and my payment method is still active. Also i can download playlists on my desktop app and I just downloaded my lists just 3 devices.

Ask the Premium for Family admin if you are still included in the plan. If you are, try to log out from all device and then try to log back in. Be sure to use your Premium account to log in. It's very easy to create a second account with us.

Perhaps you have a second account you did not know about and are using this account to log in. You can use this page to find any additional account you might have.
