My Question or Issue

On lock screen controls, pressing skip back 15 seconds is instead skipping forwards.

I face the same issue with oxygen os 13 One Plus Nord CE 5G. 
When screen is locked, you click backwards and it goes forwards, and oppositely when you click forwards it goes backwards.

I found that the same issue is happening even with my VLC player, so it is likely the android issue not a spotify issue. If anyone find how to solve it please let me know.

Same problem with Realme GT Master Edition. When screen is not locked and phone is in Spotify app it's working as intended. I would like to att that on lock screen the controlls are reversed, it's not just one way that's wrong.

I've recently stopped using the Realme GT Master Edition because it broke. Hopefully someone else can shine light on what models experience this issue. What I can tell you is that the option to skip 15seconds doesn't exist on Nokia XR21 so the problem can't exist either.

When listening to a podcast, you can go backward or forward 15 seconds using the two buttons provided. 

This works fine when the app is open. 

However, when the screen locks and the spotify widget is present on the lock screen, their functions are reversed. 

The 15 forward button results in going back 15 seconds and vice versa.

We'd like to report this to our tech team for further investigation, but since we weren't able to reproduce the issue, it'd be great if you can send us a screen recording, so that we can take a closer look. If the file is too large to attach, you can upload it to Google Drive (make sure to allow general access to the file) or as an unlisted YouTube video.

Can you also confirm if this happens across all podcasts or is it just with specific ones? We'd really appreciate it if you can send us a couple of examples, just paste the links to the podcasts in your next response. It's also worth asking a friend or relative to log in their account on your phone to check if they experience the same issue, as well as logging in your account on a different mobile device to test this out. This way we can determine if it's device- or account-related.
