Hi,

Recently got a new phone and tried to log in to my Spotify account via Facebook, upon doing so, it says that my my email account is already in use.

Please help.

Can you log into spotify.com/account and disconnect any offline devices. Then try again.

If you still have your old device you could also log out on it.
