Logging in

It keeps telling me that my Facebook isn't linked to my email so I can't recover my old Spotify account that has all my music on it

Have you tried logging in to your Account Overview page? Also, I've found that my email address has been removed from Spotify because of a setting on Facebook. So you might want to re-authenticate your Spotify from Facebook to sort of reverse the settings.

1. Go to your Facebook settings https://www.facebook.com/settings
2. Select Apps
3. Find and hover over Spotify
4. Click the X mark beside it to remove it
5. Log in to Spotify using the Facebook log in button

This should prompt you to allow Spotify to use your Facebook details.
