have to always relogin.

 

Known problem?

Hi @riker1-de!

 

Welcome to the Community.

 

For the Spotify app to work correctly, it is recommended to install it on the internal memory of your device. Could you let us know what device, operating system and Spotify version you're using? Also, is your SD configured as internal or external storage?

 

I suggest you try a clean reinstall and see if it helps. This usually fixes most problems 🙂
 
Note: This will remove any saved offline tracks and cache.

...sad have to download everything again....

No sorry, not solved.

even after reinstalling I have to logon always when spotify was closed.

 

annoying

no change

on adroid 6 on acer phone

after update spotify is always on internal memory.

after moving to sd card - defined as internal memory - all credentials are gone.

 

meanwhile I got a new mainboard from acer, but same behaviour

 

also have a new sd card with class 10 

not change
