Login issues

Just got a Galaxy S6 and downloaded the app for my phone. Tries logging in with my username and password and it says I have created an account already, which is obvious since I am trying to log in. Tried logging in using my Facebook credentials and it still will not let me access my account. Anything I can do to log on and listen to the music that I have a membership for?

Are you sure that you've clicked on the login button? Maybe you just hitted the register button. ^^

This is maybe the reason why ' already created an account.

I did hit the login button. Typed in all my info as I should hit log in and it just tells me that I already created an account with this email.

Can you try uninstalling the app then reinstalling it?

Which account type is the one you have been using or are you a new user?

Sometimes if using a Facebook login it works when you click 'new user' and then enter your facebook info
