Lost money about 4x trying to access premium!

I am very disappointed with Spotify! I can't seem to get in touch with anyone that can help me! I keep getting the runaround! I have posted on twitter, here in Spotify Community...no one seems to be able to help me! I have wasted about 4 bucks for the premium of .99 for 3 months! It says I have already had the premium and I have not! I used the same card to pay my granddaughters premium but that shouldn't be giving me a fit since she has her own account! Can someone please help me ASAP? I'm bipolar and will not rest til this is corrected! I have uninstalled it and then re-installed it a couple of times plus rebooted my tablet! I know now why some people told me not to use Spotify! I can't play music if its streaming cause it uses up all my daily allowance of time! Does anyone have a direct email or phone number for Spotify? I guess that's just not an option to deal with the issues people have! All I want is to be able to listen to my music free of ads and stuttering! Thanks, Muppet
