Música compartilhada no story sem som e capa de fundo

Olá! Estou com um problema no compartilhamento de músicas diretamente do meu app Spotify para os stories do Instagram, não sai o som da música nem a capa de fundo. Já tentei de tudo, desinstalar o app Instagram, Spotify e até reiniciar o aparelho. Nada resolve. Essa função é apenas para iPhone?

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community. Hope you don't mind a reply in English as it's the official language of the Community. 

Keep in mind that the stories don't play the audio of the track, but your followers should be able to tap on them and listen to the song on the Spotify app.

On another note and just to make sure, are you referring to Canvas not being shareable? If so, we're sorry that you aren’t getting the experience you expect and we hope to have this fixed within a few weeks. Meanwhile, you can still share IG stories with a static background while we work on a fix.

If that's not what you're experiencing, could you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? We'll take a closer look. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

This isn't entirely true. Some tracks do play on Instagram stories. And the worst part is, it doesn't look possible to share the track *without* playing the sound when it's available. I find it very obnoxious to "surprise" followers with unsolicited audio and would rather share silent stories so they can tap and listen on Spotify if they want. Any clue on how to solve this matter? Thanks a lot!
