Multiple songs from the same artist wont play

My Question or Issue 

I have a playlist with over 1000 songs in it some artist imagine dragons for example has 50+ songs ordered in artist format but will only play about 10-20 when I want them all also it shuffles the songs from the same artist randomly please help its really bugging me I have reinstalled. Waited for it to all download until i play them. Cleared cache used a different wifi connection to download the songs but none of it has worked please help

It used to play ALL the songs in order about a year ago
