Music isn't downloading

I created a playlist the other day with a little over a thousand songs and set it to be available offline. About an 8th of the songs have already been dowloaded from previous playlists that I have available offline. Only now, it won't dowload the rest. It says downloading music, but is locked at 31 songs. The swirling icon to show it's downloading a song won't show up on any of them. I checked my storage and I have about 7g available. Please help!

Did you try to restart your phone? Or maybe try to delete Spotify Cache and maybe even data.

In addition to @Vincw0807's suggestions, you may want to try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app. If this doesn't work, we can try a few other things.

Thanks for the suggestions but it turns out it was my phone running slowly. I left it on all day while I was at school and we I got back it had all been dowloaded.
