30 minutes of ad-free music not working

So this is back I guess. I will get the start up 30 mins ad free, then as soon as I watch the ad, it plays a series of ads. Does it when I do the one you have to click the button for too.

Android app crashing

Whenever I go to search for music I get a few letter into the song name or Evan the end and the song comes up but the app then crashes and exits to my phone main screen

Spotify freezes on android when advertisement starts

Songs just stop downloading

IDk why but when i choose to download a lot of songs the download just stops and it says "0 of 306" downloaded and it does not move on. Can ynone help me ?have SAmsung S8 and plenty of Storage, Wifi is working fine

Ad freezing my account

Lately when I click the ad to get 30 uninterrupted minutes the screen goes black showing that the video is zero seconds long and my only way to get out of it is by deleting the app. This is extremely frustrating and I do not know how to fix it.
