Ad freezing my account

Lately when I click the ad to get 30 uninterrupted minutes the screen goes black showing that the video is zero seconds long and my only way to get out of it is by deleting the app. This is extremely frustrating and I do not know how to fix it.

Ads don't play

Recently I've had an ad come up, but never play. The screen stays blank, and both the sides of the time lengths are 00:00. I have to turn off my phone and turn it back on in order for it to stop.

Not able to play advertisements

HeySince I updated my tablet to Android 7.0 Nougat, I can't anymore play advertisements to have a 30-minute-break. When I want to watch the ad, it doesn't play and I can't do anything in the app and have to reinstall it.
