Cant download songs with premium

I have spotify premium, yet the option to download songs or listen to them with high-quality streaming is greyed out on the spotify app. I tried reinstalling the app but no luck

Do you also get an error when you tap a specific song to play it? If you recently upgraded to premium, try reinstalling spotify following all the steps here.

If you aren't a new subscriber, it's possible you used the wrong credentials to log in. Check your email receipt for the correct user name. If it's a 10 digit number, you shpuld use the "log in with facebook" option.
