Music pauses for no reason

My Question or Issue

I always play music through Bluetooth speakers / headphones. My music has now started pausing randomly regardless of wifi/signal strength or if the song is downloaded or not. When I go into Spotify to press play it tracks the song back to the beginning even if the song was close to ending.

Please advise fix.
