Music starts, but App ist not installed

Hello,

ich hope, ich can explain my problem. I have an Android 6.0. I heard Spotify music over my Yamaha Amp. There is a Spotify Function and i can choose the Amp as an extern Device.

Now i have the problem, that my app starts the amp by itself and the last song is playing. I haven´t started the app. I deinstalled the app, because it was very anoying.

But the problem is still there. The app is not installed, but my mobile phone starts the amp. I have no idea, what i can do. Sorry for my english. Im not really a native speaker.
