Music stops every few minutes

Updated Spotify to use for six hour journey today. Plays for a few minutes then stops. Now can't get through one song. I am using a Huawei Y6ii...its brand new only got it yesterday.
Will this problem be fixed soon? Seems others are having similar problems. No point in paying for something that doesn't work.

I'm having what I think is the same problem!! I select a playlist to listen to, hit "shuffle list" & it will only play 1 or 2 songs & then stop.
It started doing this last week. Never did before. I am connected to the Internet, & I have a premium account.
I can't figure out why this is happening! I want to listen to my music while I clean my house, & it's frustrating to have to keep hitting play or skip forward to the next song every 1 or 2 songs!!
