Music stuttering when Screen is locked

Hello, I love this service but I'm starting to give up on it right now. Whenever my screen is locked, my music is stuttering. Offline (downloaded) and streaming playlists alike. I have looked up solutions, tried taking it off the Energy saving list, reinstalled it, downloaded my playlists with lower quality but nothing has worked. This seems like a common issue on Samsung/Android phones, and since it hasnt been fixed yet I guess theres really no solution to it?

Try turning off wifi optimization in your wifi settings!
