My Spotify account is not connecting to wifi

My Spotify account is not connecting to wifi

My phone is fully connected to wifi,and all other apps that use wifi on my phone function properly.However,the Spotify app doesn't allow me to search up/play any songs that aren't downloaded,and instead only allows me to play songs that are already downloaded.

Does anyone know how I can fix this please?

(P.S. I've also tried connecting Spotify to my data,the same thing happened)

Just to check, are you getting any error message? Also, give it a try reinstalling the app and see if you're still experiencing the same issue. Here's how.
