My Spotify is not working it says no internet connection but It's there

Just to confirm, is this only happening on your phone or on other devices as well? If this is only happening on your phone, besides what @RayyW0 suggested, you can also give a different internet connection a go to see if the same happens. If you've been using WiFi, you can try with mobile data or vice versa. 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you let us know if this happens when you try looking up something from Search or if this message pops up immediately after logging in to your account?
