My whole library has gotten deleted numerous times. It does it just randomly not like when I update Spotify but just randomly.

I worked with support for 2 months this summer trying to get this to stop offline music from being deleted from my phone, and explored all of the options listed on that page.
Music ended up being deleted several times, and none of the suggestions on that help page resolved the issue.
I checked back in today and asked if there have been any updates to offline play, and I'm being told to subscribe and try again without any real explanation.
It seems that there is a real issue here with offline storage in my opinion.
