My offline playlist is no longer available

I can no longer listen to my playlist offline! It hás no explanation. Please help me, otherwise i will cancel my account.

Make a screenshot of the album, when you`re offline, to see whats happen, when you try to listen to something.

Thank you for the attention. Here you are. This has already happened to me and I uninstalled and re-installed again, having to download all the songs again. I don't want to do that every once in a while. Please help.

Try going to settings and turn on the Offline Mode, if its on, try to turn it off and see if there`s any change.

Thank you, but it didn't work. Offline mode was off, then I turned it on but it made no change. It may be an update related issue, mayn't it?
