My shuffle won't stop I don't want it

Just renewed my premium and it started with shuffle and I couldn't turn it off

Just to confirm, is this only happening on a specific device or on other ones as well?

First up, we suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in to your account twice in a row. We know this sounds odd, but it'll trigger a sync between your account and device. 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you double-check if you're following these steps to turn this feature off?

If so, but you still can't turn it off, could you send us a short screen recording of the issue happening so we can take a closer look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
