Nav bar instead of the hamburger menu

How do i get the new design of spotify? with the nav button down below instead of the hamburger menu.

i've get version 7.0.0.1371 armV7 on android 6.0.1 Oneplus 3 and live in the Netherlands.

Mine Nexus 7 (2013) does also have the old version.

A friend of mine got the same phone and version, and he has the new version with the nav buttons.

What can i do to get the new user interface?

I already tried to remove spotify with all its data en cache, and reinstall it from play store as also with a direct apk from spotify. but with no success.

I think this feature is still being pushed out to all users from the spotify servers so you should have it soon.
