NEXT STEP

New phone, logged in, none of my music is there.

New phone, logged in, none of my music is there.

I got a new Samsung Galaxy S8.  I logged into Spotify (using Facebook as well), and the login was successful, however none of my music is there (no playlists, albums, saved songs, etc).  My account and music on my PC is unchanged.  

 

I've tried restarting the phone, uninstalling and re-installing Spotify, and this doesn't work.  I'm logged in under my account I've had for almost two years, but it's like I'm opening the app for the first time.  I haven't been able to find a way to recover my music on the app.

Hey there!

 

Double check to make sure you are signing in with the correct account. You may have been originally using an account that is associated with an email address and not a Facebook account.
