New songs added to a playlist won't download.

When I add new songs to a downloaded playlist the new songs won't download. The only way is to remove and download entire playlist again.

• Is this on all devices or only on specific one(s)?
• When did this start happening?
• Does this affect all playlists?
• Does the same happen on mobile data and Wi-Fi?
