New songs on an offline playlist

So, I've followed a playlist that somebody else has made and have made it Offline on my mobile.

My question is, when that person adds new songs to that playlist, will it automatically download them and make them offline on my mobile?

I obviously don't want this to happen, because mobile data, etc.

Yep, you will download them as soon as he add/remove songs, unless once you download the playlist you active the offline mode.

If I turn off the option "Download Using Celluar", will this only download when WIFI is available?

Yes, if you turn off that option it will only download when wifi is available.
