No Local Files from my desktop will sync to my Galaxy S3

Hey Team 

My problem is NO local files at all will sync to my galaxy, I've seached all through the FAQ and everything, it says add local files to a playlist and make it available offline, "which I've done" then be on the same wifi network "I AM" then goto your phone find the playlist you added and download "I do" it says downloading but it isn't no local files at all will download. I've logged out of spotify, done pretty much everything short of deleting the entire app from my phone which I really don't wanna do. Is their any reason this is happening cause I just wanna listen to my songs, cause spotify doesnt have them on their database.

When you have spotify open on your android, does it show up under "devices" in the desktop client? If it doesn't, you won't be able to synch your files in which case, have a look at the connection troubleshooting post. If you still have problems, please shout.
